The sealed game has received a grade of 8.5 Mint from IGS (Investment Grading Services) on the clear plastic outer game box seal and 8.0 Near Mint on the game box/case. This item is from my personal collection I selling it in order to help finance future purchases. There are a some areas of damage to the game package which we attempt to depict in several of the photos posted above and below. We imagine the areas of damage are what led to the sealed game not receiving a higher grade. The sealed PC game had been stored inside of a wooden dresser inside of my home ever since I purchased it many years ago. After I received it back from the grading company, it went into an indoor locked steel cabinet inside of the protective materials I received back from IGS in. We HIGHLY recommend that every potential buyer view the photos of the items we have posted, doing so will help you form your own opinion as to their overall condition.
