BMW E31 E32 750iL 850i 850CSI NEW Throttle Encoder Plate (Pair)

Description: This is a limited production run of the NEW upgraded throttle body encoder plate suitable for all V12 M70 (1986-1994) and S70 (1992-1997) engines. BMW 850i 850Ci 850CSi.Seal kit and the gasket is included. Throttle bodies are now NLA. Before going NLA single throttle was prices at 4k USD each. Original encoder plate has several issues, encoder surface develops worn in tracks delaying throttle response, causing throttle lag, hesitation or dead pedal feel on the freeway and up and down RPM idle. Finally 30 year old molded in resistors fail causing an EML light and a dead cylinder bank. Original encoder plate has been re designed at least 5 times by BMW over the years, we took the latest specs from the last production run to build new encoder plates. The Japanese made resistors are highest quality available on the market and the encoder surface is coated and treated to be far more resilient to wear than OEM. The result is much improved throttle response, silky smooth idle, no more choking while cruising and up and down idle at start and no more intermittent EML light.
