Cookbook is complete-- all pages and dividers present and accounted for. Overall good condition. A very nice cookbook that is clean but is showing its age. In good condition with the spine being strong and tight. Edges of the hardboards show some light wear. The front cover has some speckle stains and top right corner seems to turn down a bit. A little yellowed with age. 5 ring binder is secure. Pages are secure in the binding and they are in very good condition-- they are clean-- no marks, notations, stains or dog ears. There is one divider page tab that has a small tear. and On the inside of the front cover the inside glued down page of recipes terminology and substitutions on the bottom left corner is loose. Check all the photos for the condition and the flaws.
