Description: I’m describing this as velveteen because even though it has a nice drape, it doesn’t have the sheen of velvet. It is difficult for me to capture dark colors, but the color of this is darker/richer than the pic. I believe the it is rayon or a blend. Very nice for holiday garments or home decor items.
