Covers slightly tanned and stained with distributor stamp front cover upper right but edges and corners are still sharp. Binding tight with good spine. Features approximately sixty (60) Mid Century Modern, Contemporary and Ranch house plans. A good example of a 55-year-old Plan Book. I believe Barden Homes is still in business manufacturing pre-cut customized homes. Shipped inside a plastic bag with cardboard backer, inside a protective mailer.
