Description: For sale, an Antique Seth Thomas Mark II MOD 1 WWII Era Course Clock, circa 1940's. SN 20951 Clock is running, but it seems to need a movement service/overhaul. Timekeeping has not been captured or recorded. Overall, physical condition is very good. Black Bakelite GE case, Black 7 1/2" dial with radium illumination dots, white seth thomas spade hands with radium illumination paint. Will include winding key. Includes a small bag of thumb screws to screw into plate to actuate bell. Movement winds and sets (setting mechanism needs to be pulled out, does not pop out on its own). Clock is sitting on an aluminum course clock housing, which sat on a repeater/gyrocompass with bell and course pointer arm, used on Navy Ships in WWII.
