Description: This terrific 1920’s light fixture is fresh from the inventory of a closed lighting repair shop. It has new mounting hardware and looks to have been rewired relatively recently. Now it is ready for a new home! Originally a satin nickel or silver plated finish, the clear lacquer top coat on this fixture has yellowed unevenly over the years, resulting in a warm silver tone overall while some areas have a yellow or pale gold appearance. As you can see, it has some overall surface wear, including some scuffs, scratches, minor finish loss, and dark spots, but all things considered is in fairly good shape for its ~100 years of age with no breaks or other major damage. The worst of the wear and yellowing is on the upper surfaces facing the ceiling and should have reduced visibility when seen from below. This fixture measures about 19” wide and hangs about 32” in total. I would be happy to adjust the hanging length on request to suit your installation needs.
