Description: Cardboard store display sign titled "International Custom Clothes" showing a very well dressed man talking to a woman sitting at an early office telephone switch board. Made by the International Tailoring Co., New York and Chicago. Sign measures approx 17" x 10 3/4" and is paper over heavy weight cardboard. Sign has been shrink wrapped on a white board to protect its outstanding condition. Sign is not dated but based upon the hair style of the woman shown on the sign and existence of the switch board, my guess is that this sign is from the mid 1940's. Only one like it on ebay although another ebay seller has different signs from this clothes manufacturer, in not as good condition as my sign and at a much higher price.
