Antique Mold #1329 Simon & Halbig Reproduction JAPANESE DOLL By Merri 1983

Description: Beautiful artist reproduction porcelain bisque doll by Merri. She stands 22” tall while on her metal base, which is included with the sale, and was made in 1983 from a Simon & Halbig mold (1329). She is an all porcelain bisque doll, including body, and has jointed elbows, wrists, hips, and knees. She has brown eyes and a dark brown hair wig fixed into a tidy updo with cherry blossom decor. She is wearing a beautiful original satin pink kimono with delicate floral detailing, and a maroon colored waistband. Her legs are covered with matching maroon pants with black tall socks and ballet flats. She is in very good, pre-owned condition, however PLEASE NOTE her strings do need tightening or possibly replacement if preferred by the buyer as her limbs are a bit loose. She has a small stain on her left arm sleeve that may come out with some mild detergent and TLC. She has been stored in a glass cabinet for her lifespan, has no odors, and is from a smoke-free home.
