The frames do have some condition issues as shown in image. The frames measure 12x14" The image is 8x10" About the artist. F.H. Rabner, Viennese artist of the Romantic Realistic School. Studied at the 'Graphische Lehrund Versschsanstalt & Academy of Fine Arts. Known for miniature works in the style of Spitzweg. The note on the reverse says: H. Rabner Born in 1919 at Vienna, Austria, he studied with Prof. Zabehlicky and at the "Graphische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt". Later he attended also the Viennese Academy of Fine Arts.
