Description: I am soo in love with this skirt! Antique cotton muslin with a double tiered hem that gives it tremendous volume. Fastens with 3 metal hook & eyes on the side waist. Very thin waistband. The top is 3 gored panels that attach to the tiers 17" down. The top layer is made up of lighter muslin panels with gorgeous lace net insets & a distinctive zig zag hem with wider lace. Openwork ribbon covers the seam. Underneath is a 15" tier with a muslin ruffle & 2" lace hem. Gorgeous lace insets. Designer: homemadeColor: White Fabric: CottonCondition: Pre-owned in good condition. There are repairs at the waist. Some breaks in the lace & the openwork. An area of small holes in the lowest tier.
