Description: My usual basic description with all the needed details, none of the flowery sales pitch stuff. You can see the pictures-- I prefer you read what you can't see. IE payment & shipping info. Please ask for more pictures if needed. PLEASE NOTE: These very large dolls are difficult for me to maneuver to get decent pictures of. I will do the best I can. They are very hevy so shipping cost is higherThis auction is for an antique bisque 30" Kammer & Reninhardt doll. It can sit or stand well. As usual the stand will be included, head stuffed to prevent the eyes from breaking. The wig & pate will not be put on snugly so you can remove packing.HEADThe head has been backlit, no hairline cracks. Anything that looks like it might be is a stray hair. The 4 front teeth are intact. The ears are pierced and "pearl" earrings are included. She has antique blue sleep eyes that are original to the head. She has a full blonde human hair wig that is wonderful. MARKINGSK*RHALBIG70 BODY This is tightly strung. She will sit or stand. It is a 17 piece (balls at shoulders) composition body. I think it is an early Kestner body. There is a round stamp but it is too faint for me to definitively make out details. However, using magnifier and research, it very well can be the early Kestner stamp that was found on very early bodies. The picture of the marks is from "German Doll Marks & ID" book by Jurgen & Marianne Cieslik. Ebayers, if you can figure this out, please message me! Hands are a pair but have repairs, especially on the right. It has the usual dings of these 100 + year old bodies. It has more discoloration than others I have seen. Other notable issues is finish missing from the left forearm, left hip and the right knee ball.CLOTHINGShe has an reproduction boots and antique socks (I think). She has antique underpants. The chemise is older, looks like someone had tried to make it into a onesy. It actually matches the silky yoke insert in the dress and the half slip that is attached. The dress is older, possibly antique. It is lace and dotted Swiss. SHIPPING Shipping is an estimate. I put in estimated total weight and package size, Ebay gives you a price based on that and the distance it will travel from Connecticut. I will ship the least expensive way possible. The package will be insured for the value paid. It is included in the shipping cost. I expect payment within 3 days of purchase or receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.I will combine shipping when I can. No more than 4 dolls per box. ALL COMBINED PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR TOGETHER SINCE I CAN'T INSURE IT PROPERLY OTHERWISE. Dolls cannot be shipped with the wigs.
