The book appears gently read and has no internal writing, no foxing, no remainder marks, no missing pages and is NOT Ex-Libris. The binding is holding tight and the pages are still surprisingly crisp and clean! Some general/shelf/age wear along with... Creases/marks/wear to the spine/corners/boards, particularly noticeable near/along the edges. Marks/wear to the edge/fore pages. Toning/discoloration to the pages. Creases/marks/stains/wear to the pages, varying in size and severity, NOT affecting the text. The marks/stains on the first few and final few pages are quite large and extensive! The most egregious marks/stains have been closely photographed for your consideration. A large rip on the ffep/first blank page! This is, in our opinion, the most unfortunate wear affecting this book. There is a large rip on this page and the wear has resulted in some considerable loss of paper.
