Description: 2003 OOAK Polymer ClayAwake Lifesize BabySculpted by Graddie(?) This offering is for an OOAK lifesize awake baby that has been meticulously sculpted in Polymer Clay by an unknown artist (name Graddie??). Unsure of the artist's name. On the back of the neck 10-2003 with GRADDIE underneath it. I'm thinking that that is the artist's name but I am not 100% sure. It could be the artist. There is such life-like detail in the face, feet, and hands. Beautifully painted and detailed to give a real baby appearance down to the fingernails. This baby has an closed mouth with rosebud pink lips. This babe also has a dark blonde mohair (I think) fixed to its head. She is wearing a fuchsia colored outfit and bonnet with white lace and adorned fuchsia and white ribbon roses and bows. She wears white crocheted booties purchased for this outfit and doll. She weighs approx. 5 lbs. 4 oz. and measures around 20 inches long. *****This babe has been on display. She has suffered some injuries. She has what appears to be hairline cracks coming from the outer corners of each of her eyes. That all said. I have tried to relay the best I can what I see, but I may have missed something as I am human and by no means am I trying to mislead in any way. Please refer to the photos (not the best photographer here--sorry) as they serve as a vital part of the description. All in all, in my opinion, the baby is just adorable and those flaws are really not noticeable when looking directly at her. You judge for yourself. Because of the flaws, I am listing her on the low side as to what one of these OOAK babies can cost around upward of $800.***** Thank you for looking. I have many collectibles for sale. Please feel free to take a look. Enjoy your day!
