The wheel was refinished by Wheel Creations PVD. This company is not in busines anymore making it hard to find a replacement wheel if yours had this. The wheel looks black until the light hits it and then it looks chrome. Hard to take great pics with the variation in lighting, This ships to 48 lower states via fedex ground for no freight charge.
