Contents are 44 pages of black and white with cover, dimensions of 5 1/2 inches by 8 1/2 inches. 30 years ago, as the price list puts it, Choate’s all steel Shotgun Magazine Extensions began at $23.25; their pistol grips at $14.75; and their notorious Executive Letter Openers nad Ice Scrapers at $3.50 each.
