It is also possible for items NRFB to become loose in the box from shipping and being rattled. Tiny rubber bands used to secure items from manufacturer are commonly broken during transit. If item is deboxed I will not refund. NRFB items are to remain NRFB as collector items. In the event of a return, Buyer is responsible for shipping BOTH ways. If a refund has to be issued, it will be less all shipping expenses incurred both ways. Any return must go through Ebay's return process, no exceptions! I will not do a partial refund. Return items shall be returned in same condition as it was sold. I will not process a return not going through Ebay procedures. If item was sent to you insured through Fed Ex or Priority Mail and item was damaged during transit, the proper return/insurance claim procedure must be followed, cooperation from buyer is required.
