The back of the mat shows his studio contact information and the original label showing the title of the photo "Pioneer Square". The plastic sleeve this photo is in shows wear and smudges. The corners of the mat are bent and show wear. This item was never properly framed and that is why the corners are bent. The photo is in excellent condition. I believe it has been in the plastic since 1988. Please see photos of corner damage and the smudges on the back of the mat.
