It is signed and dated 1977 by the artist in the lower right but I cannot resolve the name and the artwork is matted and housed in a gold tone metal frame protected behind glass. The dimensions of the drawing are approximately: Frame. 20.6 inches wide, 16.5 inches tall and 1.0 inches deep. Image. 12.5 inches wide and 8.0 inches tall.
