Javits accused four promoter of the company of "financial piracy" in the sale of "watered stock" and the quartet was permanently barred from selling stock in New York. Javits said he is referring the case to the District Attorney's office for possible criminal indictment. The Attorney General accused the defendants of promoting sale of the stock in the company by representing it as having assets of $16,35,854 when the firm actually had "negligible value."
