Description: I am offering a 1924 worldwide stamp catalog, This 1150 HB, is entitled "Catalog Prix-Courant de Nimbres – Poste". It measures 4 3/8" x 7 3/8". This is a very nice copy of this catalog and does not exhibit heavy use. This catalog belonged to Elmer R. Long, the nationally known stamp dealer from Harrisburg, Pa. His plate appears on the inside of the front board and his signature stamp on the front endpaper. The name of the first owner, dated 1924, is written at the top of the title page with address in pencil.
