1891 ARGENTINE BAYONET WKS GERMAN made SHORTENED MODIFIED muzzle ring cut off

Description: 1891 MODELO ARGENTINO MAUSER BAYONET GERMAN MADE MODIFIED This bayonet was German manufactured Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co Solingen marked. It has been modified; the muzzle ring was cut off and the blade, shortened and sharpened. The Argentine crest was ground off as most 1891s. The blade is bright and has grounding, sharpening marks and marks on the spine towards the tip. The Aluminun handles have the "RA" (Republica Argentina) marking on the pommel ; they show nicks and marks specially on the spine side and on the bottom of the pommel. The release button is in good working condition. It has a "T" mortise. Quillon has the same medal toning than the pommel. 1891 MA bayo/knife modified short with muzzle ring cut off.
