Description: PCGS authenticated and graded AU 53. Choice frosty medium brown. Lightly worn on the highpoints and nearly void of marks. A light diagonal nick right of the second S in STATES and a small tick under the right side of the line under CENT are the notable marks. Struck using worn-out dies with weak dentils and flowlined fields. The die crack from the end of the bust is clear.
