Description: For sale is a good condition vellum book titled Tractatus de Confusione et Distinctione Jurium Defuncti et Haeredis by Carlo Rubeo de Buxeto. Self-published 1697 by the author in Parma. Binding is sound. The pages have warping and minor water staining throughout, but nothing that obstructs the text. The front free endpaper has a tear in it, as well as the previous owner's information stamped on it. The bottom outer edges of the pages have "C.DS'" branded on it.
