The non-#1 publisher proof metals for this set were auctioned by the publisher starting at $100 each before shipping/tax and they are sold out. Publisher proofs are the first 5 copies printed (as sort of a test-run), therefore the number 1 publisher proofs are the very first copies printed of each of these books.
